I met with a local Mum on Monday. We chatted for hours and I had a great time. After feeling so lonely for the last few months and not really knowing what the future will be like, with all my baby-free friends, it was more relaxing than I could have hoped for.
The pie was made sweeter after I had a wonderful chat with Ails, which served to remind me that I still have all that from the past to carry forward with me.
So I'm joining a new club, I'll be a Mum. I won't be alone, there are Mums all over the place. Even better, I don't have to quit my old club to get there. I get to add it to my portfolio of all the stuff I have going for me. :)
